Our hours of operation is 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

Orders placed after 6 p.m. will be sent out the following day.

Do you allow exchanges or refunds?

Answer:

No Exchanges. Refunds are issued as store credit only on original priced items. No Exchanges, Refunds or Store Credit on sale items.

How do I purchase a Gift Card?

Answer:

Select the dollar denomination of your choice, if you are purchasing as a gift to someone else, make that selection and enter the recipient's email address, select form of payment and checkout. Gift Card will be sent to their email address entered.

We offer shipping throughout The Bahamas, United States & Canada only.

Your site accepts debit and credit cards, but I don't see where I input my card information?

Answer:

If this payment method is selected and checkout completed, a card payment link will be emailed along with your invoice for payment. You can then enter your card credentials. It's completely safe and secure.
